Transparency and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The TRIO LIGHTING GROUP uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool in selected areas. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on transparency, responsibility and the realistic representation of our products.
With the entry into force of the European Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), transparency requirements apply to certain AI-generated or AI-modified content. These requirements apply in particular to image, video or audio content where it is not immediately apparent to viewers that it has been created or modified using Artificial Intelligence.
Our Use of AI
When creating our product media, we use AI exclusively as a supporting tool. For example, it may be used to create residential and application settings, backgrounds or to optimise image compositions.
The luminaires shown correspond to our actual products. Their shape, colour, material, functionality and all technical characteristics are neither altered nor misrepresented through the use of AI. AI is used exclusively to create the surrounding environment or for visual optimisation – never to alter the product itself.
All published content is carefully reviewed by our responsible specialist departments before approval. Professional responsibility for all content remains with the TRIO LIGHTING GROUP at all times.
AI may also be used as a supporting tool when creating or linguistically revising individual texts. All statements are professionally reviewed and approved before publication.
Transparency
Where required by applicable legal provisions, we label content created with the support of AI accordingly. Relevant information can be found in our catalogues, product documentation and digital media.
Our aim is to use modern technologies responsibly while ensuring the authenticity, quality and reliability of our product information.
